Early registration deadline is 07 November 2009. After this date, the late registration fees will apply.

Conference venue hotel registration - to apply for reduced hotel rates don't register via official hotel web site, use this form instead. For registration, download the form, fill it and send back the scanned copy to: reservation.bratislava@falkensteiner.com.

Registration includes:

Cancelation policy:

Cancelation must be requested by November 8th, 2009.

100 EUR as cancelation/administrative fees will be retained. No refunds after November 1st 2009.


Please note:

  • There must be at least one registration for each paper, otherwise the paper will not appear in the proceedings.
  • To be considered as a Student Paper, the 1st Author must be a student (send a scanned copy of your student ID or a letter from your supervisor).
  • For each author the registration fee is the regular one for the first paper and the reduced one (125 Euros) for any other paper. Authors submitting extra papers should include this information in Comment section of registration form.
  • The same fees apply to students and non-students, who register to attend the symposium without presenting papers.
