Extended abstracts will be also considered for publication (max 2-pages length). Authors submitting extended abstracts should state this in their submission.

In preparation of their papers authors shoud follow instructions in IEEE conference  template. All submissions must be in US letter 2-columns format. Do not put your own page numbers on the manuscript.

After receiving the information that paper was accepted authors must check that their paper is viewable electronically and without errors that would prevent the Conference from including the paper in CD ROM. Therefore, after preparing their papers according to the IEEE conference template, authors should use the IEEE PDF eXpress on line tool for converting them into PDF file (conference ID: isabel09x). Only PDF files will be inlcuded into CD ROM proceedings.

If you are not using the on line tool, follow the Requirements for IEEE Xplore PDF (click on PDF Specification for IEEE Xplore).

Authors should use Easy Chair both for submission of their papers for review process and for submission of camera ready papers.

The accepted papers will be granted either an Oral Presentation or a Poster Presentation.
